As we countdown to summer, the 5th month was packed-out with 4 new business wins, a 3-year international assignment, 2 new clients (University of Winchester and University of Galway), and 1 packed-out session at a sold-out HE marcomms conference.

May also saw us switch our online presence to a new .com domain – reflecting our global, multi-sector reach and impact – and our continued growth. We also added two new staff members to our core team and enjoyed more great conversations about alliances with key consulting partners.

Alongside these new developments, work continued on strategy projects with University of Stirling (student comms) and Perrett Laver (brand positioning & marcomms support) – and we concluded our brand review work with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton (but look forward to more projects with the ambitious Southampton team this year). Meetings with University of London and Google DeepMind on a sunny day in London explored some exciting new projects.

At the Times Higher Education’s #HashtagHigherEducation conference in Newcastle, we were a principal sponsor and content partner and delivered a headline session entitled: ‘Strategy. Brand. Culture: how marcomms joined the dots’ with our CEO Michael presenting with Maddie McGowan from our client Brunel University London.
